Work is changing. We're making it change for the better.

We're building a way to work with AI that you can see, check, and steer.

AI got faster. Work didn't get easier.

Almost right. The output looks done. Then you spend the afternoon fixing it.

You can't see what it did. Something changed. You don't know what, or why.

You became the reviewer. You used to make things. Now you check things someone else made.

19% longer.

In a 2025 study, experienced developers took 19% longer with AI tools, while believing they were 20% faster.

We help anyone see how AI works, and put them in charge of it.

AI is moving into every job. Most people meet it as a black box. It hands back something that looks finished, and they're left guessing what it did and whether to trust it. We think that's backwards.

You set the pace.

See it.Steer it.Trust it.Get your time back.

Slower, governed AI.

We think AI should move at the speed people can check. Safety and security are built in from the start. Every step stays under human oversight, and you decide what it does. We back clear rules and independent testing, not a race.

80% of US adults say the government should keep rules for AI safety and data security, even if AI develops more slowly.

  1. 01.You stay in charge.

AI suggests. A person decides. Anything that can't be undone waits for you. It works that way from the start, with no setting to find.

  2. 02.Seeing is understanding.

If you can't see what AI did, you can't trust it, and you can't learn from it. Show the work, and people get better at the work.

  3. 03.Checked, then done.

Nothing counts as done until someone has checked it. Skip the check and you've only moved the cleanup to later.

  4. 04.AI works for you, not instead of you.

Let it take the busywork: the copying, the chasing, the formatting. You keep the work you're proud of. The goal is better days for the people doing the work.

  5. 05.Your data is yours.

Your work, your context, your rules. You decide what AI can see and what it can touch.

  6. 06.Work should feel good.

Progress you can see. A day that ends on time. Burnout comes from how work is designed, and tools can be designed better.

These beliefs build on the idea of AI sovereignty: control over your AI that you can see and prove. Further reading: What is AI sovereignty? (IBM Think)

Where we're going.

  • A workday you can see clearly, from start to finish.
  • Teams that trust AI because they can check it.
  • Companies where everyone, not only engineers, understands how AI works.
  • Hours back for the life outside work.

We're looking for a small group of early users whose days will shape what we make.

Who we are.

We're people who spend most of the day on a laptop.

We use AI every day, and we got tired of not knowing what it did.

How do you work?

Three minutes about your last real day with AI, not about our idea. Leave an email and you'll see it before anyone else.

Tell us how you work 3 min

We use your answers only to learn how people work, and your email only to tell you when it's ready. We never sell or share them.
